This Ol’ truck

still takes a little time to get up.

Ol’ regular gas does not do the trick.

It drinks a higher grade now,

to keep running without a click.

Haulin’ a load of wood

and rock to the site.

Holdin’ what you got,

with all your might.

A long hard days work

and an achin’ back.

Finishing it out with couple of friends,

Jim and Jack.

The front bumper has taken one on the chin.

Remembering Saturday and Sundays,

tailgate down for the win.

The Ol’ Lady always

wanting something new.

Have to keep reminding her,

they don’t build them like they used to.
